Join Our Team as a Site Management Officer
Blue Arrow is currently looking for dedicated Site Management Officers to support our Gypsy and Traveller Services. This role involves collaborating with gypsies, travellers, and the broader community to ensure appropriate facilities are available, ultimately reducing the number of unauthorized encampments.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: £15.70 (PAYE)
Location: Hatfield, AL10
Contract Type: Temporary for 3 months, with potential for permanent positions
Weekly Hours: 37 hours (Monday - Thursday: 7.5 hours, Friday: 7 hours)
Disclosure Check: Standard Disclosure required, can be obtained during employment
Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Management Officer, you will:
1. Visit various sites across the county.
2. Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
3. Participate in an on-call rota once fully onboarded, with additional compensation for each call.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with gypsy sites is essential.
* A valid driving license is required.
* A trade background is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Basic knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
