Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design solutions for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and hardware solutions from concept to production, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct electrical safety assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an electrical design engineer, with a strong background in electrical design principles and practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical drawing software, preferably SolidWorks Electrical or similar.
  • Experience with EMC and regulatory requirements, including CE/UKCA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data and make informed design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
