Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll information sourced from time and attendance systems, rectify any inconsistencies, and oversee the internal approval workflow.
  • Calculate and administer various pay types, including but not limited to, sick leave, maternity, paternity, and adoption payments, offering assistance as required.
  • Handle and verify all manual payroll modifications in line with sanctioned pay regulations.
  • Promptly execute all Court Order directives from relevant authorities and coordinate with them to address any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee pension plan administration and manage auto-enrollment procedures.
  • Supervise and reconcile Salary Sacrifice initiatives, such as Cycle to Work and Childcare Vouchers, while investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Calculate and process out-of-cycle payments, ensuring timely recovery and balancing of control accounts during each payroll cycle.
  • Efficiently address payroll-related inquiries from home administrators, managers, or employees as necessary.
  • Manage the recovery of overpayments, providing regular updates to management and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support the administration of year-end payroll activities.
  • Generate payroll-related documentation as required.
  • Deliver regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports at least on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with payroll considerations related to acquisitions, mergers, and integrations under the supervision of the Assistant Payroll Manager.
