Job Summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Ballington House in Leek. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to female adults with complex mental health needs.

About the Role

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care, promoting positive teamwork, and supporting the development of our service users. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing individualized care plans and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Providing mentorship and support to colleagues
  • Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • A high level of self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • A commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
