We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. This role involves working on innovative projects that focus on transitioning data platforms to Azure.

Location:

United Kingdom - Flexible Hybrid Work Model

Role Level:

Senior Principal

Experience Required:

5-10 years in IT Infrastructure

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Azure, Azure Data Catalog, and Microsoft Azure technologies.

Project Duration:

This position is for an initial 6-month term with the possibility of extension.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect who possesses:

  1. In-depth expertise in Azure with a strong background in defining enterprise architecture design and configuration patterns within regulated sectors.
  2. Experience in creating migration and modernization design patterns specifically for Data platform technology stacks, with a focus on Databricks and Azure.
  3. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to validate design patterns and blueprints.
  4. Experience in Proof of Concept Design utilizing Generative AI.
  5. Certification as an Azure Architect Level Specialist.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the replication of an AWS Data Platform into Azure.
