About the Role
The Luxury Retailer is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and service through the effective management of your department.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities to drive sales and profitability through commercially sound visual standards
- Managing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Working closely with the wider management team to achieve business objectives
- Managing stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal sales and profitability
Requirements
- Experience in a fashion retail background, preferably in a high-turnover environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
A competitive salary of up to £31,000, with a performance-related annual bonus of up to 12% of your salary. A two-week cycle shift pattern, with four days of work and three days off, and only two weekends per month.
