Tramper Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a Tramper Driver, you will be responsible for transporting curtainsided continental trailers from the ports in Immingham to various destinations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport trailers from the ports to various destinations
  • Perform full strip-down of trailers as required
  • Secure goods for export with proper strapping techniques
  • Conduct multi-drop trailer deliveries as needed
  • Reload trailers and return them to the port in Immingham
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E)
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience driving the relevant vehicle
  • Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A safety-first mindset
