This position involves managing a variety of projects, focusing on frameworks and delivering exceptional results on assignments valued at up to £15 million.


Cost Oversight:
Supervise all elements of cost forecasting, estimation, and management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to financial plans.

Contract Management:
Administer contracts from start to finish, including managing changes, claims, and resolving disputes.

Procurement and Tendering:
Spearhead the creation of tender documentation, assess proposals, and negotiate agreements with vendors and subcontractors.

Risk Assessment:
Recognize potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate their effects on project execution.

Financial Analysis:
Generate and present regular financial updates to stakeholders, outlining project advancements and financial health.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Significant experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector, particularly on projects exceeding £15 million.
