Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AML Lawyer to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Freehold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.

About the Role

  • Manage an existing caseload of Residential Property matters
  • Undertake a broad scope of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Freehold Matters, and Re-Mortgages
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience of working in a fee-earning role
  • Experience of running own caseload
  • Sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase, and re-mortgage matters
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Able to handle matters from pre-exchange to exchange and completion
  • Ability to develop and work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
