Key Responsibilities

  7. Contract Management: Manage ongoing contract management activities throughout the lifecycle, including variations, amendments, and management of contract change notices.
  8. Regular Review Meetings: Participate in regular review meetings with the partners' account team to report and review performance.
Requirements
  1. Managing Risk: Act as a subject matter expert in identifying, assessing, and responding to risks.
  2. Use of Data Analytics: Establish the development and use of data analytics to make decisions.
  3. Measuring Effectiveness: Set up and modify reports and tools to track operational performance.
  4. Business Partnership: Advise stakeholders and help them navigate through business changes.
  5. Agility: Demonstrate collaborative ways of working and continuous improvement.
Experience
  1. Coordinate Stakeholder Relationships: Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships and guide decisions based on commercial contact insights.
  2. Build Credible Relationships: Ability to build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
  3. Commercial Knowledge: Knowledge to interpret commercial constructs and negotiate savings.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to substantiate recommendations and influence decision making.
