About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Product department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the successful delivery of product-led projects, prioritizing tasks and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
  • Identify opportunities for change and improvement, implementing process changes and training the team on new procedures.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader - Product Processes & Administration to ensure all processes and procedure guides are up-to-date.
  • Support the IT development process within Product, gathering requirements and liaising with Jet2Digital to raise and progress developments.
Requirements
  • Experience in process improvement and/or delivering improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to be decisive, analytical, and think critically.
  • Highly accurate and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with experience dealing with various business areas and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working across several business systems.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
  • Confidently able to work independently.
