MRICS Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled MRICS Building Surveyor to join our team at Phillimore Search Limited. As a key member of our Chartered Building Surveying practice, you will be responsible for conducting building surveys, managing projects, and prioritizing workloads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting building surveys and providing expert advice to clients
  • Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preparing building pathology reports and reinstatement cost assessments
  • Coordinating refurbishment schemes and ensuring compliance with RICS standards

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification and relevant experience in residential surveying
  • Strong background in conducting building surveys and managing projects
  • Excellent verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

What We Offer:
