We are a welcoming and well-structured medical practice dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patient community.
Following the retirement of a valued Partner, The Green House Surgery is seeking to appoint a Family Physician. Our current clinical team is vibrant and possesses a wide range of expertise, including four GP Partners, a Salaried GP, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians, Healthcare Assistants, and Phlebotomists.
As a Teaching Practice situated in modern facilities, we have access to various on-site services including Physiotherapy, Radiology, Endoscopy, Audiology, Minor Injuries, MRI, CT, and X-Ray.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform all standard duties associated with a Family Physician in a primary care environment. Responsibilities include managing a patient caseload and addressing a variety of health concerns, ensuring the highest quality of care for all patients.
As per the agreed practice schedule, the post-holder will be available to perform various tasks such as in-person consultations, telephone, video, and e-consultations, home visits, managing repeat prescriptions, and addressing queries and paperwork promptly.
Continuous professional development will be supported through participation in relevant courses and training programs.
The working hours and days are negotiable with the successful applicant.
About The Green House Surgery:
We currently serve approximately 10,000 patients in the local area. Our modern practice is equipped with excellent facilities and offers convenient access to hospital-based diagnostics and services. We have strong public transport links and ample free parking for both patients and staff.
Our diverse clinical team includes four GP Partners, a Salaried GP, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Advanced Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists, and Pharmacy Technicians.
As part of the Redcar Coastal Primary Care Network, we have access to various practitioners and maintain positive relationships with other practices.
Our dedicated administrative and management team provides essential support, minimizing the administrative workload for clinicians.
The successful candidate will join a committed clinical team and receive robust support from Partners and colleagues, including a designated GP Partner mentor for complex cases.
