  • Recruit, mentor, and guide a team of XVA traders and analysts.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork.
  • Process Enhancement:
  • Refine and automate processes related to XVA.
  • Create tools to enhance risk monitoring and reporting capabilities.
  • Profitability Focus:
  • Consistently deliver positive profit and loss outcomes.
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities effectively.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • 10-15 years of experience in derivatives trading and XVA oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a substantial XVA portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-asset derivatives, risk management instruments, and programming languages (Excel, VBA, SQL, Python).
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
