BMW Car Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency in the UK motor trade, we are proud to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take their career to the next level.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers in the showroom, delivering a great customer experience, and ensuring their needs are understood. They will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Make recommendations on products that meet customer needs and guide them through the sales process
- Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the team

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a sales environment, preferably in the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends
- Full and valid UK driving licence
