About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing sales cycles, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new business clients
  • Manage the sales cycle, including reporting weekly figures and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment market
  • Provide insights and guidance to clients and internal teams on market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure the quality of candidates presented for interview and adverts are of high quality and regularly updated
  • Offer training and support to the team to ensure their needs are met and to encourage their success
  • Share best practice and ensure a collaborative and consistent approach is adopted across KPI Recruiting
  • Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting's online brand
  • Support with social media and marketing campaigns
  • Drive sales incentives throughout the team
  • Ensure clear communication within the team through team briefings, 1:1's, and monitoring reviews and targets
  • Monitor KPI's within the team to ensure they are working towards reaching their targets and provide support where needed
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong recruitment or sales environment background
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience at team leader level or above
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and relate to people on an emotional level
  • Active problem solver
