We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing sales cycles, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new business clients
- Manage the sales cycle, including reporting weekly figures and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment market
- Provide insights and guidance to clients and internal teams on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure the quality of candidates presented for interview and adverts are of high quality and regularly updated
- Offer training and support to the team to ensure their needs are met and to encourage their success
- Share best practice and ensure a collaborative and consistent approach is adopted across KPI Recruiting
- Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting's online brand
- Support with social media and marketing campaigns
- Drive sales incentives throughout the team
- Ensure clear communication within the team through team briefings, 1:1's, and monitoring reviews and targets
- Monitor KPI's within the team to ensure they are working towards reaching their targets and provide support where needed
- Full UK driving license
- Strong recruitment or sales environment background
- Experience managing a team
- Experience at team leader level or above
- Strong leadership skills
- Motivated and results-driven
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and relate to people on an emotional level
- Active problem solver
- Bring energy and passion into the office
- Ability to see things from other people's perspectives
