We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Manager to join our Sports Bar team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for promoting amazing service and driving sales.

The Role

As a Floor Manager, you will be the heart of our team, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You will be supported by our Senior Managers on site who will help you create the perfect career path for you.

About you

  • 1 year's experience in a similar role minimum in a quality establishment
  • Amazing staff management, motivation, and training skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment, driving sales, and rota writing
  • A high attention to detail and a love for working with others
  • Last but not least, a love of sport definitely helps
