Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Logistics Operatives / FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment, where your contributions will be vital to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Operative, your duties will include:
1. Performing general warehouse tasks, including order selection and packaging.
2. Utilizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Powered Pallet Trucks (PPTs), Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs), and FLT Counterbalance to manage stock movement.
3. Ensuring accurate placement of stock in designated areas using the appropriate methods.
4. Selecting and recommending suitable packaging materials that meet established standards while minimizing waste.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
6. Loading and unloading Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) while keeping the workspace tidy in various conditions.
7. Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
8. Adhering to key control protocols for both site and vehicle operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous experience in a similar logistics role.
- A strong commitment to reliability and work ethic.
- A valid FLT Counterbalance license and experience operating a Forklift Truck.

Shift Details:
This position initially offers flexible shifts, transitioning to a structured 5 on, 3 off schedule upon successful completion of training. Weekend availability is essential for this role.

Working Hours:
Shifts typically commence at 7 AM and can last between 8 to 10 hours, depending on operational needs.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is £11.50, with weekly payments. We also offer a Flexible Pay option through Wagestream, allowing you to manage your earnings effectively.

Induction Process:
We are looking for candidates who can participate in an induction program and commence work promptly. The induction is compensated following the completion of your first shift.
