Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Dietician to join our team at The Medical People Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community integrated care team, you will be responsible for providing specialized clinical dietetic services to our acute and urgent response teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on training, education, and development of support workers and community teams
  • Embed current policy and best practice to take early action on malnutrition
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide personalized nutrition advice to patients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with a strong background in community integrated care
  • Proven experience in leading clinical teams and developing training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
