Position Title: AV and IT Support Specialist

Salary: Grade 5, ranging from £30,174 to £31,581 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule; core hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Availability: Year-round

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AV and IT Support Specialist who possesses a robust technical foundation and outstanding customer service abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT and AV support to both students and staff. This includes assisting with computer hardware and software, managing AV equipment for various functions, and working collaboratively with colleagues to address technical challenges.

As a member of the Technical Services Team, your duties will encompass delivering IT and AV assistance across multiple educational institutions. This includes supporting various schools under the Ealing Council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for IT and AV systems
  • Assist in the operation of AV equipment during events
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT training or certification
  • Familiarity with AV and lighting technologies
  • Experience in a customer-focused role
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is advantageous
