The Recruitment Co. is seeking dedicated Trommel Operatives to join a prominent waste management organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience or familiarity with the waste management sector is advantageous.
- We are looking for diligent, dependable, and adaptable individuals.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork.
- A solid understanding of safety regulations within the industry is required.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to perform tasks efficiently are necessary.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is expected.
- Basic maintenance and repair tasks will be performed under guidance.
- Candidates should be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English or Polish is beneficial.
- A mechanical inclination is a plus but not essential.
- Compensation will be assessed based on individual performance.
Working Hours: 5 days a week (4 weekdays and Saturday) from 8am to 8:30pm.
Compensation: £11.44 per hour.
