Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kingdom People Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
