Key Responsibilities:

Installation, Service, and Maintenance:
Supervise the installation, servicing, and upkeep of a diverse range of CCTV security products to guarantee optimal functionality.

Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional service to our clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.

Team Leadership:

Offer guidance and support to the engineering team, particularly in the absence of the CCTV Manager, to ensure seamless operations and effective issue resolution.


Technical Proficiency:
Apply extensive technical knowledge to quickly diagnose and address issues, maintaining high standards of system performance and reliability.

Continuous Improvement:
Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and technologies to enhance service delivery and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in CCTV installation, service, and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions, particularly with Hikvision equipment.
  • Ability to lead and support a team of engineers in the absence of the CCTV Manager.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the capability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively to both team members and clients.
  • Flexibility in working hours and responsiveness to emergency situations.
  • Capability to work at low to medium heights.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Additional Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check.
