The Role

The Brand Communications Assistant will provide support to the Brand Communications team, facilitating the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the long-term growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the central point of contact for the Brand Communications team, providing a single point of contact for other departments and agency partners.
  • Contributing to the creation of national and dealer marketing communication materials, including TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, digital, social, and POS.
  • Supporting the Brand Communications Manager and Marketing Executive in new model launch campaigns and quarterly sales programs.
  • Leading on performance reporting, gathering results and insights from relevant stakeholders to supply to senior leadership and the wider global organisation.
  • Assisting with managing large budgets, reconciling against marketing activity.
  • Liaising with other marketing teams and agencies to ensure consistency of process and clear outputs.
