We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers across Livingston Delivery Office.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a 30-hour week, spread across 5 days, including Sundays on a rotational basis. You will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers, working independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. In addition, you will have access to our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes, as well as excellent family-friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay and paternity leave.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
