About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our team as an IoT Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of our digital lift solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission Otis ONE devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Otis ONE products, including troubleshooting and fault-finding.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Control and manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in lift engineering.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of various lift makes and models, with the ability to apply lift engineering principles to achieve continuous lift operation.
  • Have experience in the industry or a willingness to learn and work towards NVQ Level 3.
