As a member of our Insights Team, you'll collaborate with skilled engineers, data scientists, researchers, designers, and product managers to develop scalable products for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal initiatives on data infrastructure, quality, and decision-making to drive business outcomes.
  • Engage with senior leadership to promote data-driven practices and inform strategic decisions.
  • Guide engineering teams in developing data models and architectures that meet business needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain datasets and pipelines to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing data products with Python and SQL.
  • A track record of translating analytics goals into production-quality datasets that drive business value.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, access, and storage techniques, including cloud data warehouses.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
