Job Summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Architectural Technician to join our client's innovative team. As a Junior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and development of state-of-the-art data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop and refine data centre project concepts and designs.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications specific to data centre requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions.
  • Ensure all designs comply with the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Passion for sustainable and innovative design, with an interest in data centre architecture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and data centre design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
