Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities team as a Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and equipment
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
