Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity
• Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience of caring for older people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A can-do approach and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
