Position Overview:
Role:
Analyst & Fund Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and make investment decisions in the European equity markets.
  • Evaluate economic conditions, specific industries, and the business models of various corporations.
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis reports and maintain regular reporting documentation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Oversee portfolio management, including asset and sector allocation, develop fund strategies, and mentor junior staff.

Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from £40k to £90k based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses, commuting allowances, special leave, and health insurance for family members.

Working Hours:
Standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location:
Central London (onsite with potential for hybrid arrangements post-probation)

Applicants must possess the right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.

Candidate Profile:
  • Desirable experience in fund management or financial market analysis.
  • Familiarity with investment products such as equities and bonds is preferred.
  • Long-term commitment and loyalty to contribute to a stable team environment.
  • Strong motivation to deepen knowledge of financial markets and equities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency in English at a native level.
