Job Summary
Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our process excellence initiatives. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage high-value, high-profile projects using Lean Six Sigma and Intelligent Automation methodologies.
- Deliver measurable and validated results, and lead playback sessions with senior leadership and multifunctional sponsors.
- Conduct process optimization reviews and provide recommendations on the use of Lean, DMAIC, and IA tools.
- Guide project teams through all phases of the DMAIC roadmap.
- Identify customer needs through data collection, surveys, and interviews.
- Oversee data collection and analysis, and identify project metrics.
- Scope and assist in project definition for LSS projects.
- Develop pilot plans as needed, and control plans to ensure project gains are continuous and sustainable.
Program Support:
- Develop and deliver process improvement materials and training.
- Lead the development and delivery of continuous improvement documentation and training.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of continuous improvement standards and methods using industry best practices.
- Drive innovative strategies and stay up-to-date with the evolving continuous improvement landscape.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Certifications:
Black Belt certification preferred, Agile, Safe, PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification an advantage.
