Electronics Tester

At ETS Technical, we are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Tester to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of PCBs and complete assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
- Training and Development: Train other employees on testing techniques and methods to ensure a high level of skill within the department.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate any testing issues to the Production Supervisor and make recommendations for training improvements.
- Travel and Flexibility: Limited travel may be required to fulfill business demands.
- Education and Qualifications: BTEC ONC/HNC or City & Guilds in electronics.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate and familiar with tools commonly used in electrical and electronic testing.
- Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment and proven experience in electronic production & assembly.
- Additional Skills: Able to identify electrical component types, knowledge of using PIC programming tools, and soldering experience.
