Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process, and providing expert advice on our range of homes and development details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our properties to potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for property and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in off-plan sales and a strong understanding of the new homes market.
