About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Acton Banks. As a Nurse with Acton Banks, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Valid and active NMC registration.
  • Experience in elderly and dementia care environments.
  • Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
  • Clear DBS check.
  • Mental Health experience.
