About the Role:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a care home setting. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Make timely decisions and take action to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing your clinical skills to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
  • Support and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Ability to lead a team of care staff and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
  • A team player who engages well with others and communicates effectively at all levels.
  • Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
