About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a member of our team, you will provide 1:1 support to a lady in her 50's who has a diagnosis of Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia and Frontal Lobe Syndrome.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centred support to the individual, promoting independence and well-being
* Develop and implement detailed care plans and risk assessments
* Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless support
* Provide encouragement and support to the individual with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities
* Implement PBS approaches to least restrictive practice

Requirements:

* Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with Schizophrenia
* Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities
* Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging
* Current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
