As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support and care to individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

  6. Undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensuring these are comprehensively documented and reviewed.
