About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Transformation Consultant to lead and grow our retail practice with a focus on grocery, food, drug, mass merchandise, electronics, and athleisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering transformative solutions for clients in the areas of customer experience design and increasing subscriber value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of revenue growth management strategies using advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Forecast and manage orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS) capabilities.
  • Identify and develop business model transformation opportunities for office goods, voice commerce, and cognitive assistants for store operations.
  • Manage client relationships, design and deliver solutions, and collaborate closely with Fractal's capability teams in AI, Engineering, Design & Behavioral Sciences.
  • Assume P&L responsibilities, build and groom a talent pool, and work closely with the sales organization to win and grow new business.
  • Contribute to firm growth by participating in training sessions and other activities that make Fractal an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in retail or consulting, with a strong background in digital transformation, cloud applications, and AutoML.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, with experience in onshore-offshore models.
  • 4+ years of experience in running data analytics projects, project management, client relationship management, and people management, with a focus on P&L management.
  • Strong imagination and clarity of thought, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and executives.
  • Ability to inspire innovative thinking and action, with a commitment to being a team player and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Economics, International Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing & Strategy, Finance, or Business Analytics.
  • Practice leader experience with independent P&L responsibility.
