Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with the Conflicts Manager to identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to protect confidential information and ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to our organization, developing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks.
  • Internal Audit: Assist with internal audit processes to ensure that our organization's compliance policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Compliance Projects: Participate in compliance projects to ensure that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in conflicts management and compliance within an international law firm or professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
