We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily tasks, and supporting individuals with their mobility needs.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you may be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends.

About Our Service

We provide support to four ladies who share their home and require assistance with daily living tasks.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives, supporting them to engage in activities they enjoy, such as going out, eating out, and participating in social events.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, supporting with cleaning, laundry, and gardening tasks.
