Job Overview

Become Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Retail Design Specialist to join our team. As a Freelance Retail Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts for store windows, pop-ups, and in-store visual merchandise elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, visually appealing visual merchandising displays and window schemes that reflect the brand's creative vision and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and ideas that evolve the brand's identity.
  • Utilize 3D software such as Rhino and C4D to create complex designs and visualizations.
  • Understand and manage content specification requirements for different stores and create edits to support accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandise team to elevate product displays and ensure they align with brand directions.
  • Work independently, demonstrating agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions.
  • Effectively manage time and responsibilities, regularly reviewing performance and progress against objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience working in fashion, architecture, or video environments.
  • Proficiency in C4D, Rhino, Adobe CS (including AE and Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in production.
  • Proven knowledge of materials and sustainable processes.
