Prestige Car Sales Executive required to join a successful family-run business in Horsham. Enjoy a competitive salary of £18k basic, with OTE £45k - £50k. Work a standard Monday to Friday 8:30-6pm, with a day off during the week, and 9-5pm Saturday and 10-4pm Sunday.


Key Objectives:

  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Maximize profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Educate customers on options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become a Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price, and key features
  • Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process-oriented environment)
  • Organisation skills and ability to manage customer appointments
  • Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximize every sales opportunity. Full UK driving license required
