Job Title: Branch Manager - Residential Estate Agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Residential Estate Agency team in Stratford, E15. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a sales and lettings team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a sales and lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  4. Manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Considerable experience in Estate Agency, preferably in a management role
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills
  3. Strong business development and sales skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
