Job Title: Adjacent Sites Interface Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Adjacent Sites Interface Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of our design and construction programme schedule while minimizing risks to our operating Nuclear Power Station.

The Role

As an Adjacent Sites Interface Manager, you will be responsible for managing the interfaces and relationships with our adjacent sites, including Sizewell B and Sizewell A. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills to ensure the timely preparation, review, and acceptance of cross-site modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with the Operational Protections Agreement (OPA)
  • Manage the interface Governance Board Meetings and working groups
  • Monitor and report on the progress of Cross Site Modifications
  • Responsibility for maintaining the OPA register
  • Periodically undertake surveillance activities to ensure OPAs are being adhered to
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in an engineering, construction, physics, or related field, and experience in nuclear operations, construction, and commissioning activities. You should have strong management skills, including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation. Additionally, you should have experience working on large complex highly regulated projects and an understanding of safety case principles and operational principles of an operating Nuclear Power Station.
