Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical negligence team, you will be responsible for handling complex and straightforward claims, working closely with our senior lawyers and paralegals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a wide range of clinical negligence cases, including issued cases
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their claims
- Working closely with our senior lawyers and paralegals to deliver exceptional results
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of clinical negligence law and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on clinical negligence cases
- Proven experience of dealing with complex and straightforward claims
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a busy team
- Commercial awareness and ability to exceed client expectations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and prioritize tasks effectively
