In collaboration with a reputable residential care organization, we are looking for a committed and empathetic Lead Care Support Specialist to become part of our team on a permanent 28-hour basis.
Deliver exceptional care and assistance to our residents.
- Engage in and contribute to care planning and risk evaluation.
- Participate in training for safe moving and handling, adhering to best practices.
- 70% of the role involves administrative tasks, necessitating proficient computer skills (training will be provided).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Care Certificate.
- Capability to work a predetermined rota and cover specific shifts.
- Training in medication administration.
- Training in moving and handling techniques.
- Ability to reliably commute for scheduled shifts.
- Understanding of care planning and risk assessment processes.
