Resident Liaison Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. in the Haringey area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large Housing Contractor, providing information, advice, and assistance to tenants and leaseholders during major works.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in Resident Liaison, with excellent communication and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer information, advice, and assistance to tenants and leaseholders during major works.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of engagement with residents.
  • Develop and manage resident consultation plans for individual projects.
  • Coordinate temporary or permanent re-housing of residents, where necessary.
  • Advise Project Managers on the effects of capital works on residents.
  • Provide information and assistance to leaseholders on their obligations to contribute to the cost of major works.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Resident Liaison.
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office.
  • People management skills.
  • Competent, clear, and concise writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
