Director of Financial Crime

As a key member of the Robert Walters team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of legal, regulatory, commercial, and reputational risks associated with new business initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that any new instructions align with the firm's commercial objectives and strategic goals.

Your leadership skills will be essential in managing the London-based Financial Crime Team, driving results, and fostering a culture of excellence.

You will also play a critical role in supporting the ongoing development of the firm's Intapp Open system and Financial Crime programme, ensuring seamless integration and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal, regulatory, commercial, and reputational risks associated with new business initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and strategic goals
  • Lead the London-based Financial Crime Team, driving results and fostering a culture of excellence
