We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Initio Learning Trust as a Class Teacher - Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to raising standards for every child and a desire to deliver exceptional learning opportunities.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and leading a class of students in Key Stage 2, promoting a love of learning and fostering a positive and inclusive school community. The role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to drive school improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and lead a class of students in Key Stage 2, promoting academic excellence and personal growth
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay up-to-date with best practices
